Noisy duo Dolfinz played a First On session for us the other week in the basement at Power Lunches in east London. Here’s one of the two brand new songs they played for us - you can see both of them over on DIY.
‘HEART’, taken from debut album, ’Time Capsules II’, was one of three songs Brad Oberhofer and band played for us when they were in the UK a while back. You can watch the whole session over on DIY.
The Hold Steady’s main man plays us one of the songs from his debut solo album, ‘Clear Heart Full Eyes’, in the shape of ‘New Friend Jesus’ on Hoxton Square in London shortly before his gig across the road at Hoxton Bar and Kitchen late last month.
Seth plays us two tracks from his new album, ‘Tales From The Barrel House’ in his DIY session, of which one can be seen above, and both over at DIY.
In the latest ‘story to amuse and confuse us in equal measures’, characters from Final Fantasy model Prada clothing in Arena Homme+ magazine.

With the Isle of Wight boys’ new EP, ‘Echo of Love’ released today (2nd April), here’s their performance of the title track as part of their First On session for us, filmed at the end of March.
I’ll be back…to 1992, for The Terminator on the Sega Mega Drive!
This platformer-by-numbers belies its simplicity by allowing you to play through key scenes from the Terminator movie, including the infamous police station dash to find the cowering Sarah Connor, and getting pummeled by Arnie in an 80s nightclub!
It’s shoot or be shot for the most part, but it’s a fun and memorable piece of old school gaming that turned out to be one of the best out of all the Terminator games of all time. Apart from Binary Domain which was, in fairness, just a Terminator game with a different name really…
